WE ARE EXPERIENCING DELAYS IN ORDER FULFILLMENTS DUE TO THE LOCKDOWN/CURFEW.

ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED ONCE RESTRICTIONS ARE LIFTED.

ORDERS PLACED ON OR AFTER 29TH APRIL WILL BE DELAYED BUT WILL BE DELIVERED AS AND WHEN RESTRICTIONS IN DELHI, MAHARASHTRA AND RAJASTHAN ARE LIFTED.

 

- We provide Free Shipping Pan India for all prepaid orders. It Normally takes 6-7 working days to deliver the T-shirt orders to the Metros. While it can take upto 10 working days to deliver the order to remote locations or locations with no air transport. 

- All AOP products such as Leggings, AOP Crop Tops, Sports Bras, Bomber Jackets etc. are stitched on Order and thus it takes 2-3 days extra for such orders to delivered.

- All Phone Cases and Pop Sockets are made to order and it takes 6-7 days extra for such orders to be delivered as they are manufactured on Order.

- If you have ordered more than one products, your order might arrive in 2 or more different packages. We will share tracking links for both packages separately.

- We at The Localitee always ship packages in Sealed Bags. Please do not accept the package if the seal is broken or tampered and immediately contact us at info@thelocalitee.com

- When your package is shipped from our facility, we send you the tracking code on your mobile number. Please check that for any updates after 4 hours of recieving the code. If the tracking link is not working or if it fails to update even after 48 hours, please contact us immediately at info@thelocalitee.com with your order number so that we can fix the tracking error.

- You can track your order on the tracking link sent to your phone via SMS or you can login into your account on The Localitee and check it. We also send the tracking details on mail as soon as the order is shipped.

- Any dispute regarding non delivery is to be raised within 3 days of the delivery as shown in the tracking details. In any such scenario, we ask the shipping company to share a Proof of Delivery and that is considered as final. Delivery disputes raised after 3 days of the delivery date shown in tracking will not be entertained.
